Documentation
Because we want your experience to go as smoothly and effortlessly as possible, we offer you to take care of all the paperwork and documentation required to import goods into your country. All you will have to do, is collect your goods from customs when they arrive at your location.
If you wish, we can put you in contact with our own customs' agents.

From a small parcel to a 40Ft Container, Bertrand Export will take care of all your cargoes in the exact same way. Any of your requests is important to us.
We can offer prices Ex Works (EXW), Free on Board (FOB), Free Carrier (FCA) or Cost & Freight (CFR). See Incoterms Chart for more details.
Incoterms 2010
The Incoterms Chart refers to all the different Freight Costs options available.
It also gives you an indication of what these options respectively include and what you are actually paying for.
